8 women over 50 share their insight on ageing

One of my proudest achievements was to produce an eight-part documentary series interviewing 8 women I think embody Embracing Age, I went under their bonnets to gather insight on how they gained their confidence, there’s laughter, tears and a lot to learn about embracing age, through their insight, life tricks, tips and hacks along the way.

I was incredibly nervous as I had never done anything like this before, shot all in one day I just flew by the seat of my pants..forgive all of the ummms, they gave me time to think. x
